We guarantee authenticity of all sealed products. Single cards or pre-owned items will be disclosed with condition details wherever possible.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments through approved methods listed at checkout.
Orders will only be processed upon successful payment.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders will be processed within 02 to 05 business days.
Shipping fees, delivery timelines, and courier partners will be disclosed during checkout.
GenX Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales of sealed products are final to preserve product integrity.
Returns may be accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items delivered, reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch and may incur a processing fee.

We ensure all products are sourced from trusted suppliers and distributors.
For graded or pre-owned cards, conditions will be mentioned (e.g., Mint, Near Mint). Buyers are advised to review descriptions carefully.

7. Limitation of Liability

GenX Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Once shipped, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier service.

Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
