Order Processing and Shipping

Shipping fees, delivery timelines, and courier partners will be disclosed during checkout.
GenX Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

A standard shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied to all orders.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2000.
Free shipping is not applicable on box orders below ₹5500.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; however, customers must pay the shipping charge in advance before the order is dispatched.

All sales of sealed products are final to maintain authenticity and integrity.
Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).
Upon verification, refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
